This one was a bit of a challenge. I skipped ahead to the Mortis episodes on my Clone Wars watch, because I haven’t gotten that far yet, and I needed to know exactly what happened in them. I’m fairly well spoiled for Clone Wars, but I didn’t know the exact details. That was the first reason this took so long. I watched the episodes a few times before I started writing.
Another reason it took so long is because this thing ballooned to over 3,000 words!
And, finally, I tried to finish it before I left on my three week work trip that left me with (quite literally) no time to do anything but work, sleep, and eat, but I just couldn’t.
But hey, anon, you get 3,000 words in this universe for your patience.
