i’m thinking the most eye-catching jeweled pins are placed in something like a crown because ace is an asshole. yes absolutely! ace is the biggest asshole and would do that just because he could. esp if it was a Nif event he infiltrated, it’d be like hanging candy in front of an oblivious baby.
(now im thinking of ace flirting with the niflheim council members and ravus just to get information and ace flustering ravus by flirting is the best damn picture.)
