It depends on if they tried to settle on earth before or not. (Not really, they are fucked either way.)
On a 1 to 10 scale of how fucked they are:
If they tried before: There are stories told through generations, of terrible beings, with no mercy or compassion. That followed arbitrary rules and claimed to never lie while deceiving everyone. They might have found out they can be kept away with iron, and particular kinds of wood.
8/10 the smart ones would have a fighting chance and probably remember enough to NOPE the fuck out.
If it’s the first time the come in contact with the Fae and are peaceful: These nice people welcomed us and invited us to a feast. 10/10 they belong to the fae now. Negotiations might be started, but you know how they have a way with words.
If it’s the first time and they don’t come with good intentions: Any and all transgressions will be met with the full wrath of Summer and Winter at their most unforgiving. Spring and Autumn will use their remains to ensure a good harvest.
15/10 The Yl’goth tried to invade the blue planet. ‘The who?’ That’s why no one goes near the blue planet anymore.
