Lol, he would, but honestly he’s one of like…three of them max who even care about appearances.
Runa’s the type to get completely caught up in her research and forget to shower or change clothes for days. Ishkurr basically lives in t-shirts and cargo pants that have permanent oil stains. Leo, having spent his entire medical career on call for various hospitals and urgent care clinics, is more of a ‘throw on the first clean clothes I see’ type. Aquila wears the same dress shirt, sweater, jeans combo everyday with only minor variations in color. Horatius sort-of cares, but gets really confused by modern fashion and chooses like five things he likes and sticks to those.
Flaviana definitely cares, diplomat that she was, so she gets Ariston’s advice the first few times and then figures the rest out herself. Prompto also cares, and he and Ariston basically run around chivvying their less sartorially inclined compatriots into dressing properly for formal occasions.
