Hey guys! It’s a lovely Thursday afternoon, and I know that y’all are looking at the weather, looking at back to school costs, and looking at the repairs/prep we need to do for winter.

The water in our house got cut off today, because my roommates father hasn’t paid it in who knows HOW long. We’re going to have to cover this large unexpected bill, and I don’t know how we’re going to do that without help.

If we get it paid ASAP, water goes on today. If we pay it before 3 pm tomorrow, we can get it back on. This means that we have to get in contact with his father, which isn’t happening yet. His father is likely caught in the Florence evac. We have some bottled water to drink, but nothing to flush toilets/bathe with or cook with.

I’ve already tossed the second part of my driving school fund into it, so HOPEFULLY it’s enough. But that means that my costs next week are FUCKED.

I’ve kicked in 250$, so hopefully that’s enough to get it ON. We still don’t know what the full balance is. I’ve done that because there’s four dogs and four people in the house and we CANNOT live without running water as the whole east coast gears up for Florence.

Anything you can spare helps out. It means that I can eat, get to/from work, and any extra is going back into finishing paying for my driving school classes and license.

I still don’t know how I’m going to pay for insurance. That’s a bridge I’ll burn when I get to it.
