I feel I should explain more why donations are so important at this time.
In the middle of February, I experienced a severe depressive episode with psychosis, during which time I had hallucinations and delusions that I was dying. After a week in a psychiatric hospital, I was placed in a 5 hour a day intensive outpatient therapy program to help me deal with my depression and prevent relapse.
I need money for the program, plus some living expenses, but cannot work because of the therapy program at this time.
I know it’s difficult for many to understand severe mental illness, but right now this therapy is saving my life. So, I’m asking for help.
