Out of curiosity, is Jean’s name actually Jean? I’d have thought that, much like how Ardyn insists on calling Ace ‘Aether’, he might have a suitably - dramatic nickname for his own offspring. Jaehaerys? (Yes, I’ve been browsing Game of Thrones.)

Ardyn calls him Jovan because he is a dramatic little shit but Jean usually goes by Jean because that’s what his mother wanted to name him.
