Continuation of the Back Before Au.

Anakin patches up a battered Obi-Wan after rescuing him from the torturers. Neither have no idea what to say to the other, especially Anakin who didn’t even know that Obi-Wan came back in time with him. FInally Anakin breaks the tension, feeling guilty for having done this to Obi-Wan, but also for  blundering into his life again.

Anakin thinks it would be better for everyone if he just stayed away, that he’s this horrible curse that just ruins people’s lives. Thats why hes been traveling alone for ten years. It doesn’t help that he can’t control the dark side inside himself. Vader has and always will be a part of him.

But Obi-Wan is like NO. You are not disappearing on me again. I’ve been looking for your dumb ass for TEN YEARS. TEN YEARS. We are going to talk about this whether you like it or not.

Because Obi-Wan has been miserable. He’s tried but he can’t live his life without Anakin being a part of it. The little shit had wiggled his way into his heart years ago, and is not letting go. 

The two travel together after. Anakin is flabbergasted that Obi-Wan has no desire to return to the temple, but is secretly ecstatic to be with his master again. The two are content at first just to have one another there, but of course, it slowly descends to them wanting a more intimate relationship.
