(cont) Ace. Ace is in full formal braids as well. He wears a crown of gold and ruby, shining like heart’s blood - the crown Ardyn placed on his head when he crowned him Prince of the Forgotten, Prince of Dusk, Prince of Ruin. He holds the Staff of the Sage in one hand, and his Aunt’s sword in the other - and oh, but his robes are amethyst to match his beads, and his eyes shine like twin stars.
OKAY, okay I love this? I do. I’m thinking maybe an anti-Regis group tried to somehow manipulate the crystals magic but the crystal went ‘fuck you’ and vaporized them but not before triggering this spell that shows everyone how much of a good person their king is.
with you know, the unintended consequence of revealing his other son.
and now *snicker* im thinking of this happening while Ace is out doing some mundane errand and suddenly the people in the grocery store stop and stare at this…figure in the middle of the aisle. this figure that seems powerful and regal and is more ornate than anyone else in the store.
Ace is Less Than Impressed.
(regis is an imposing figure, his hands empty and relaxed by his side. an ornate shoulder piece rests on his right shoulder his arm is covered in bright metal decorated with filigree. a crown of ebony and sapphire rests on his brow and his robes are black with a silver lining.)
(noctis is tall and proud in black and silver, his robe is dark as night with blue undertones and the silver scattered throughout it makes it look as though he’s wearing the night sky and suddenly prompto is reminded rather forcefully that noctis is royalty.)
